The DraftGore.Com petition reached 200,000 signatures at 6:29pm EDT, and new signatures are being added to that total steadily.  When DraftGore.Com ran the NYT full-page ad some days ago, the number was only 136K.  Yesterday, Fri Oct 12th, when the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Al Gore, the count was in the 150K range, so about 50,000 new signatures have been added in the past 36 hours.  If you also want Al Gore to become a candidate for President, you can express that desire by signing the petition yourself.
